ConocoPhillips Receives Final Approval for New Arctic Field

The Bureau of Land Management gave their Record of Decision go-ahead for the Willow Master Development Plan, paving the way for ConocoPhillips to tap the projected 590-million-barrel reserve on the eastern edge of the National Petroleum Reserve.
